At ARPON GLOBAL, we believe in continuous growth. While our current operations focus on 100% Natural Premium Agri Products, we are working on ambitious projects to empower our farmers and serve our global clients better.
All our future projects are planned in a phased manner and are under active conceptualization for sustainable growth and government alignment.
PROJECT 1 : OUR ORGANIC TRANSITION ROADMAP
Our biggest future dream is to build a large-scale Certified Organic Export Ecosystem from Bengal. Our long-term goal is to gradually expand this organic project. Starting from Nadia, we wish to steadily expand its scope to various locations across West Bengal.
Our Vision for this Project :
To export bulk certified organic food from Nadia, create huge rural employment, build a healthy human life and establish West Bengal as a global organic hub.
What we will do :
- Expansion: Starting with a group of farmers under PKVY and MOVCD schemes, gradually adding a large number of farmers to this project.
- Export: Achieving NPOP, USDA & EU Organic Certification for direct export to UAE, Europe, USA and many other countries across the world.
- Employment Generation: This large project will create huge direct employment for a large number of women and men (especially rural women in processing & packing) and indirect livelihoods.
- Healthy Society Mission: Building a Swastha Bharat through 100% chemical-free, traceable organic produce.
Note: This is our upcoming project phase under Transition Period. We are working systematically towards certification.
PROJECT 2: PREMIUM OYSTER MUSHROOM CULTIVATION (Vision 2027)
We are excited to share that our Premium Oyster Mushroom project is already running on a pilot basis in Nadia, West Bengal. In our controlled-environment setup, we have successfully cultivated 100% chemical-free, export-grade fresh mushrooms.
Currently, research is underway on various types of mushrooms in our farm to understand the best varieties as per market demand.
After getting a very good response in the pilot phase, we now wish to expand this project on a large scale.
Our Future Expansion Plan :
Our goal is to produce various species of mushrooms as per domestic and international market demand – like White Oyster, King Oyster, and other high-value medicinal mushrooms. This will create a new high-value product for our export portfolio to EU, Middle East and many other countries.
Note: This project is currently in its successful pilot phase and R&D stage, and we are preparing for large-scale commercial expansion.
PROJECT 3 : PREMIUM NATURAL HONEY & BEEKEEPING CLUSTER (Sweet Revolution Project)
We have not started our own beekeeping farm yet. We have held detailed discussions with experienced beekeepers and honey farmers in various parts of West Bengal, including Nadia, Sundarban and North Bengal.
Our Vision & Current Activity :
Currently, we are building a strong network and increasing our communication with local beekeepers. Our plan is to cooperate with them and provide necessary guidance, research support and technical cooperation so that they can produce more honey in a scientific and hygienic way.
Our aim is to increase honey production through cooperative efforts and then export it. Starting from Nadia, we aim to gradually expand this model to various locations across West Bengal.
Our Future Expansion Plan :
Our goal is to collect and process various types of 100% pure, chemical-free and export-grade honey as per domestic and international demand – like Sundarban Forest Honey, Mustard Honey, Litchi Honey and other high-value mono-floral honeys. This will add a high-value superfood to our export portfolio for EU, Middle East and many other countries.
As a result of this project, the income of rural beekeepers will increase significantly and many new people will be encouraged to join this initiative. We are working towards that goal.
Note: We have already communicated with local honey farmers and they have shown keen interest to cooperate with us. The project is currently in the discussion phase, and we are preparing.
PROJECT 4 : MEGA PROCESSING & PACKAGING UNIT
We are planning to set up our own advanced Mega Processing & Packaging Unit in Nadia, West Bengal to ensure better quality control and international standard packaging for bulk exports.
Our Vision : Currently we are doing processing through third-party. Our future plan is to set up our own integrated unit with advanced cleaning, grading, sorting and dehydrated vegetable processing machinery. This will include cold storage, vacuum packaging and export-grade boxing system.
This unit will be compliant with international standards like FSSAI, APEDA, ISO and HACCP. Once established, this will create huge direct employment for local youth and women in processing, quality checking and packaging, and will ensure 100% export-quality control from farm to shipment.
Note: This project has been identified as a priority project and is currently under phased planning and conceptualization.
