SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – ARPON GLOBAL

1. SHIPPING ORIGIN
   All shipments are dispatched from Kolkata Port / Kolkata Airport, West Bengal, India.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
   We provide both Ocean Freight (FCL & LCL) and Air Freight worldwide. We ship to 100+ countries.
3. DELIVERY TIME
   Ocean Freight: 12 to 25 days depending on destination country.
   Air Freight: 4 to 8 days.
   Customs clearance time is extra and depends on destination country.
4. SHIPPING COST
   Shipping cost depends on weight, volume and destination port. We will provide exact freight quote with your product quotation.
5. TRACKING
   Once shipped, we provide Bill of Lading / AWB number and tracking details via Email / WhatsApp.
